Texas Collision Centers

I had a fantastic experience with Texas Collision Centers. They were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process stress-free. They coordinated directly with my insurance company, so all I had to do was drop my car off. Since I live nearby, they even provided a complimentary Uber ride back to my house, which was a wonderful touch! Communication was excellent—they kept me updated on my car's progress every step of the way. When the repairs were finished, I wasn't able to pick it up immediately, and they were kind enough to give me a few extra days without any hassle. Everyone I encountered was nice, polite, and prompt with everything. Highly recommend them!

First of all I was really impressed with the professionalism with the front desk and Jesus M. They attended to all of my issues, the work that was performed came out better than I expected. I was informed every step of the way, there was constant updates, Communication, emails. they did everything possible to make sure that I was in the loop while my vehicle was in the shop. The work that was performed was absolutely stunning, I was impressed that they were able to fix the quarter panel without replacing it. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them and this is from now on my go-to when it comes to body work. If you need work done, come here! Everything from the quality of work down to the rental was super easy.

I took my nissan altima to this repair shop because some jackass damaged my car from the passenger side. i walked in and spoke with a nice lady at the desk who gave me 2 gold coins that definitely satisfied my munchies for a dr pepper and some chips. furthermore i had the pleasure to speak with somebody named austin and let me just say. My god the hospitality was great, greeted with a nice firm gripped handshake, felt like i just closed a deal on multi million dollar company with that handshake. buddy looked at my car for 3 seconds and said “we’ll have it done by friday”. i almost gave him the keys to my house for how straight forward he was. he gave me text updates on my car and come time i had to pickup my car, it looked brand new from the side that was worked on and he doubled down on that good hospitality and even gave my car a little wipe down and some tire shine and exceptional interior clean up. whats shown is before and after, tell jose and pedro that you no longer need them for damage repairs, tell them you goin with nice lady at the office and austin!! straight like that.

This repair shop is by far the best repair shop in the state of Texas. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as I live. My vehicle was struck and needed significant repairs and they gave it back to me better than the condition it was in when I bought it. Brand new. Everything was done to the best standard. It could be done too. And the damage was completely gone. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed throughout the whole process and that everything was finished to my satisfaction. I love this place and will recommend it to everyone who will ever listen. Best repair shop ever. David, Chris, hassam and Jamie were the personnel that repaired my vehicle and I was literally almost in tears of how good my car looked when complete. These people are the best in the state of Texas and I would both even say in the country. Don't ever take your car anywhere else, but here. You have found the last repair shop you will ever have to look for if you find your car here.

This was my second time taking a vehicle to TCC, and while it’s never exciting dealing with car issues, they’ve always made it an easy experience. Chris in particular was very helpful in explaining everything as I was dealing with an insurance claim, and in facilitating my rental pickup and drop off. Additionally, my car looks better than when I had gotten into the accident, with a fresh clean interior and exterior. Definitely recommend.
